New Homes Pages was founded in response to the high and ever increasing demand for brand new homes for sale and newer existing real estate for sale in California.

Our fully licensed real estate agents have been trained to respond to our clients needs specific to brand new houses and newer master planned home developments and condominiums, smaller "boutique" developments, as well as custom built new homes. While nearly every real estate firm concentrates only on existing resale homes, we have a unique relationship with new home builders in presenting photos, floorplans and full descriptions of new homes as well as newer homes to our clients. Many of the newer homes depicted on the site are representations of homes which may or may not be currently available. Of course, our professionals will keep you abreast of what is current.

Much of our business is focused on relocations. Because the California is so dynamic with the San Francisco Bay Area being the financial and technical center of the West and Southern California as the world's moviemaking and entertainment hub, we are dedicated to making relocations as hassle-free as possible. We work with our clients every step of the way bringing them from the initial contact, home viewings, contract negotiations, escrow to a successful and efficient close.

Many of our listings are from customers who are also purchasing a home through us. It makes sense to have us as a central partner for both buying and selling, especially since our focus is directly in-line with that of our customers.
